Flash Flood

	Flash Flood The May 8, 1993 "Mother's Day Flood" in a small area of south Oklahoma City due to a thunderstorm that kept regenerating over the same spot and dumped more than 7 inches of rain in two hours. The dog is wet because earlier he was running around in the rain. In the video he is sitting in a dry spot and is not being mistreated as a tiny handful of viewers who didn't read all of the video description have suggested. Comments such as those will be deleted.
